National Convention in Albuquerque is only a month away. It is exciting to be traveling to a  place that I haven't been to be with my Delta sisters.  Gail, Margaet, and I booked our flights over two months ago with lunch at a darling team room in Morris, Illinois.. Our flight will arrive early on Wednesday, the 13th, so we can check out the area before the Mixer.  Since we're staying at an Embassey Suite Hotel, we will definitely enjoy the delicious breakfasts (my favorite meal of the day).  Also, it will be nice to have the extra space to entertain.  I hope to see you there.early on Wednesday, the 13th, so we can check out the area before the Mixer. Epsilon Province convention is September 21st - 24th in St. Charles, Missouri. This is a quaint town.  Omicron Pi of Bethel, Missouri, has been busy making preperations for this convention.  Evonne Albert, of Xi Phi, Marissa, Illinois, is Province chairman.  I need a chapter to volunteer to do the initiation ceremony; please contact me soon if your chapter is willing to volunteer.quaint town. Besides the DTT website, I hope you are a member of our Facebook page. I enjoy seeing  posts of new members and chapter projects.  Also, please continue submitting articles for GRIT; it is interesting reading what other chapters are doing.  You are all "Baking the world a better place!"

Again, I'm looking forward to seeing you at National Convention.

I’ve lived in Littleton, Colorado with my husband Kieth for the last 32 years. We have two adult children. Our son lives close by in Englewood, Colorado and he still likes to come home once a week for a “mom-cooked meal”. Our daughter, son-in-law and 2-yr-old grandson live in Beaverton, Oregon. We Skype every Sunday so we can keep up with their lives there and on how quickly our grandson is growing. They are also expecting our second grandchild in late July 2015! We don’t know yet if it will be a boy or a girl but it doesn’t matter because we know he/she will be very loved!

I work as a bank manager with over 31 years in banking-29 of them with my current employer. I love cooking, spending time with friends and family and getting away to vacation in warm climates where my husband and I can go scuba diving. !I’m looking forward to my second year as the Zeta Province Chairman. I can’t wait to get together with all my DTTS sisters again this October. I know our sisters of Lambda Gamma will “Bling It On” and we’ll all have a “Sparkling” good time in Wichita, Kansas. I hope I see lots of you there!

I have been active in the Beta Omega Chapter of Delta Theta Tau for the last 11 years. I have held positions as Treasurer, Secretary, Vice President and am currently our Chapter President. I have had the pleasure of meeting some great sisters here in Denver. I enjoy the time we spend together and the great activities and events we participate in that help our communities.
